IMPORTANT POLICIES
1. PREPAYMENT Payment is due seven (7) days prior to the first class. After the first class, there will be a $10 late fee.
2. CANCELATION POLICY We require a 24-hour advance verbal or text message notice for any changes or all service will be billed as taken.
3. ABSENCES Absences for group classes and transportation cannot be refunded or made-up.
4. REFUND A 7-day notice is required for a refund of all future lessons not yet taken. For refunds, there will be a 10% service fee, minimum of $50.

6. LAST CLASS Inform the Front Office regarding your child’s last class or private tutoring session.
7. HOLIDAYS During WVUSD off days, there is no class or tutoring unless specially arranged and confirmed with the Front Office.
