Our Policy
Policy goal: To provide the best experience for our students & teachers by minimizing administrative tasks

1. On Payment: Due prior to the first class; $10 late fee and promotions will be removed if paid after.
2. On Cancellation Policy: We require 24-hour advance verbal or text message notification for a change, cancellation, or discontinuation of a lesson and/or future lessons, or else the service will still be billed as taken. No refund or make-up on no-shows and same-day cancellations for private tutoring.
3. On Class End: Students must be picked up within 15 minutes after the session. Full hourly rates will be billed if students are picked up after 15 minutes.
4. On Last Class: Weekly schedules are set indefinitely to reserve your time slot. Please inform us regarding your last lesson.
5. ​On Holidays: There will be no sessions scheduled on Holidays unless specially arranged and confirmed with the Front Office.

3. Where are you located?

• Address: 20825 Valley Blvd. Walnut, CA
• ​Suzanne to our campus is a 16 minute walk  (0.8 mile) 
• WHS to our campus is a 12 minute walk (0.6mile)​

4. Can I pick up my child early?
For After School Enrichment and Small Group Classes, we strongly discourage early pickups for academic classes. Your child’s full participation in the class will ensure a better learning experience for him or her. For Early pickups, instructors are less likely to have reviewed and corrected all assignments.

​5. Are you open on Holidays?
We follow the WVUSD calendar. School Year After School & Summer Small Group Classes will not be held during holidays. Tutoring & College Planning will not be held during holidays unless specially arranged. 6. What grade levels do you cater to?

• Private Tutoring: 1st-12th Grade
• After School & Summer Camp: Grade 4 -9
• Summer SAT ClassL: Grade 8 - 12
• College Planning: 8th-12th Grade

7. Do you offer transportation?
We currently provide transportation only for M-F After School Enrollment for select schools. Most of our parents take care of transportation for their child. During the School Year, some our parents of Suzanne Middle School and Walnut High School (WHS) students allow their children to walk to our campus. From Suzanne to our campus is a 16 minute walk  (0.8 mile) . From WHS to our campus is a 12 minute walk (0.6mile). Parents allowing their child to walk to our campus is at their own discretion.
